Peach and Spinach Smoothie

Once made you will want to serve it in a non-see-thru mug/cup! Green smoothies are NOT generally the most inviting in appearance. But, oh, are they good.

Ingredients
2 peaches
1/4 banana
1 cup vanilla coconut milk
2 big handfuls spinach
2 sprigs parsley
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz on high until well blended and smooth.
