Basil-Strawberry Iced Tea

Now that the basil is coming in, we will soon have a LOT of basil. Caprese salad is delicious, but how much of it can you eat? Try something different with this flavor!

Serves: 1 pitcher
Vegan!

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup fresh basil      View Available Products
1 pound sliced strawberries
4 cups iced tea

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add the basil and steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain out basil and pour syrup over sliced strawberries. Let sit for 25 minutes.
  3. Stir into 4 cups iced tea and chill.
