Campfire cabbage

My outdoor take on roasted cabbage.

Serves: your choice


Ingredients
1-2 heads small cabbage
1 slice bacon per serving
1 pat butter per serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Trim and core small heads of cabbage and cut into half or quarters. Place on top of bacon or butter in aluminum foil and wrap to enclose. Cook in hot coals until it stops sizzling and cabbage is tender
