Live Beet Salad

Simple and fresh. When made with the Bragg’s live culture vinegar, you are getting both pre-biotics (vegetable fiber) and probiotics (active cultures); good life for your gut!

Serves: 2-4


Ingredients
1/2 lub beets, scrubbed, topped, shredded
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 purple onion, thinnly sliced
1 Tbsp fresh dill or cilantro, chopped fine
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (Bragg's active culture)
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil and sea salt.
  2. Combine all vegetables; toss thoroughly with vinaigrette. Serve chilled as side or atop a lettuce salad or protein-main.
