Radish Salad

Just a simple little radish recipe to add crunch and sass to a lunch or dinner.

Serves: 2-3
Vegan!

Ingredients
2 tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp maple syrup (or 1/2 tsp sugar)
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 bunch radishes

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together everything except radishes. Pour over radishes and mix well. Refrigerate 1-2hrs (or more) prior to serving.
