Ultimate Hummus

There are a lot of hummuses (hummi?) out there for the making. Here is another permutation.

Serves: 2cups


Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, 1/2 liquid drained (better yet, cok up your own)
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup tahini
handful fresh parsley      View Available Products
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whirl all of the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings as needed. Sprinkle with more paprika and serve with fresh bread or veggies.
  2. Keeps in the fridge for up to a week. Or double/triple and store in freezer in individual lunchbox servings.
